For owners looking for spare parts, here is a quick list of service items FYI.

 

Motors with Gear Assembly

For complete motor with gear drive assembly replacement contact Nord with the following info depending on the type of machine you ordered. 72’ machines use 2 hp motors. 60’ to 65’ machines use 1.5 hp motors unless custom ordered with 2 hp motor. 50’ D450E use 3/4 hp motors. Look at the motor label to know what hp drive you have. Local sellers may be found at NORD. Contact Nord if you need info on replacement oil type and volume for your motor.

2 HP Motor Gear Drive:

NORD NORD SK53VL-90L/4 RATIO 177.22 2-V6 HP MOTOR

 

1.5 HP Motor Gear Drive:

NORD SK43-90S/4 RATIO 169.8-V6 1 1/2 HP Motor

 

0.75 HP Motor Gear Drive:

NORD SK33 L-80S/4 207.10 V6 3/4 HP Motor

 

Grids that couple motor drive to upper carousel 

2.0 HP drives use the following coupler grid: 

1070T Grid (Kopflex, Dodge, Rexnord or Falk). If you require the housing with the grid order a Horizontally-Split Cover Grid Assemblies for T10 Series.

 

3/4 to 1.5 HP Drives use the following coupler grid

1060T Grid (Kopflex, Dodge, Rexnord or Falk). If you require the housing with the grid order a Horizontally-Split Cover Grid Assemblies for T10 Series.

 

Replacement Manual Controllers

You may purchase replacement controllers at Electric Motor Wholesale or other sellers who offer KBAC controllers. 

 

For 0.75 HP Nord Motor Gear Drive on your EuroXciser:

Purchase KBAC-24D with on/off, forward/stop/reverse and dial for speed controller. Set the jumper to the correct motor horse power.

 

For 1.5-2.0 HP Nord Motor Gear Drive on your EuroXciser:

Purchase KBAC-27D with on/off, forward/stop/reverse and dial for speed controller. Set the jumper to the correct motor horse power. 

 

Large Table Top Bearing

You may purchase the bearing from JOST International. You will need to drill the holes to the same pattern as your installed bearing.
